Dear Eldorado PK-8 Community -
Happy summer break! It is with great excitement—and a deep sense of coming home—that I introduce myself as the new principal of Eldorado PK-8. Returning to this incredible community, where I previously served as assistant principal for five years, is both a personal and professional joy. Eldorado has always held a special place in my heart, and I feel truly honored to rejoin you in this new role.
Eldorado is a community that shines with care and commitment. The energy of the students, the dedication of the educators, and the unwavering support of families make it a truly exceptional place to learn and grow. I am eager to build on these strengths and continue the important work of supporting every child.
Since my time away, I’ve had the privilege of being the principal of both an elementary and PK-8 school in our district, where I partnered with staff and families to increase enrollment, foster academic growth, and strengthen community connections. These experiences have deepened my belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of creating schools where every student and family is seen as valued members of the community.
As I return to Eldorado, I bring with me a strong commitment to listening first—honoring the history, values, and aspirations that define this community. I believe in leading with transparency, integrity, and heart. Together, we will shape a shared vision that honors the incredible work already happening and imagine what’s possible in our next chapter.
I can’t wait to reconnect with familiar faces and meet those new to our school. Thank you for welcoming me back—I look forward to partnering with each of you as we continue to create something truly special for our students.
With appreciation and excitement,
