Have an issue with your Chromebook?  Mr. Riesel can help!

Chromebook Support Process

  1. Complete a Chromebook Help Ticket (see below)
  2. Bring your computer to the library.  If Mr. Riesel is available, he will help. If not, leave your help ticket with your device on Mr. Riesel's desk.  Be sure to fill out the form completely (including whether or not you need a loaner computer).
  3. Your device will get picked up by BVSD's IT department on the following Tuesday. 
  4. BVSD IT will assess the issue and repair as needed.  
  5. Your device will return to Eldorado the following Tuesday, and Mr. Riesel will deliver it to you.

Chromebook Help Tickets

Before Mr. Riesel can help you with your Chromebook issue, you must complete of the Chromebook Help Ticket forms.  All teachers have been provided with these, and extras can be found in the library. 

Be sure to fill out all parts of the paper.  If your device is not broken, you must try the troubleshooting steps on the back of the form.

Password Issues

ONLY a teacher that has you on their roster may help you with your password.  Mr. Riesel, office staff, etc. do not have access to help with this.
